We all hear way too often that people hate or at least dislike their boss. From micromanaging and talking too much, to hiding out in the office and never giving praise.
It is remarkable just how many managers weren't trained, or never should be managers in the first place. Many are good, well-intentioned people who want to do well.
I have 15 years of direct management experience. I believe I was a good manager, but made costly mistakes and didn’t know what separated good managers from great ones. Fascinated by this subject, I embarked on a four-year journey whereby I sold my business and went back into management. I also interviewed dozens of some of the best leaders and managers in the hospitality industry.
We are now creating manager training programs in both short/easy to digest lessons, and more robust/comprehensive modules in both written and video format.
I would love to visit with you to discuss your situation. Please email me for a consult.
